Jamie Bisel is a Physician Assistant who has been seeing patients in Owensboro and the surrounding counties since 2013.  She enjoys getting to know patients personally, so she can provide exceptional preventative care, focused on individual lifestyles. Jamie focuses on primary care, acute care, as well as aesthetics.

She is from Owensboro, attended Kentucky Wesleyan College and worked as a medical office assistant for two years before moving to Tampa, Florida to attend Graduate school.  Jamie obtained her Master’s degree in Science and Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Tampa, Florida in 2012, and became board certified from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  Soon after, she began seeing primary care patients in Atlanta, Georgia.  In 2013, she was ready to return to her hometown to continue to serve patients and watch her family grow.

Jamie enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Brett, and her dog, Tilly.  They enjoy running, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She likes to tackle challenging home renovation projects on their “fixer upper”.  She also volunteers her time as a board member for Oasis Women’s Shelter.
